“God’s Faithfulness Through the Years”
Psalm 139:13-14 (NIV)

“For you created my inmost being; you knit me together in my mother’s womb. I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well.”
In this psalm, King David reminds us that we are fearfully and wonderfully made by the Creator Himself. Each one of us is uniquely designed with a purpose and plan in God’s grand tapestry. Each one of us is here for a reason, and our lives have meaning and significance in God’s eyes. Our life is a precious gift from God.
Jeremiah 29:11 (NIV)
“For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.”
Contemporary English Version
I will bless you with a future filled with hope–a future of success, not of suffering.
The Message
I know what I’m doing. I have it all planned out – plans to take care of you, not abandon you, plans to give you the future you hope for.
We must remember that God’s faithfulness is not limited just to our past; it extends into our future. We can take comfort in the promise of Jeremiah 29:11. God knows what He is doing. He knows His plans for me, plans that will lead me to a future filled with hope and prosperity. Even when I face challenges or uncertainties, I know that I can trust that God’s loving hand is guiding me along the path He has laid out for me.
Psalm 23:6 Good News Translation
I know that your goodness and love will be with me all my life; and your house will be my home as long as I live.
As I think back over the years gone by and anticipate the years to come, I will continue to hold on to the assurance of Psalm 23:6. The Lord’s goodness and love are not temporary, but they are with me every single day of my life. My journey may have had its ups and downs, but God’s faithfulness remains constant. And after this life is over, I have the eternal hope of dwelling in His presence forever.
Today, let us all to remember that our lives are in the hands of a faithful and loving God. He created us, He knows our future, and He promises to be with us every step of the way. As we continue to walk with Him, we can find joy in His presence, strength in His promises, and peace in His unfailing love. This is true for each one of us.
