GAINESVILLE, Ga — Over the past two weeks, Jentezen Franklin Media Ministries has conducted an emergency relief operation delivering thousands of boxes of food and essential supplies to citizens in northern Israel along the Galilee border. These communities have faced sustained attacks from Hezbollah and other Iran-backed forces.

Residents in northern Israel have endured repeated sirens, rocket barrages, and drone infiltrations targeting towns and villages near the Lebanese border. Some attacks have involved more than 100 rockets launched in a single barrage, forcing families to seek shelter with little warning and leaving homes and schools damaged.

“Imagine a 98-year-old Holocaust survivor once again being forced to run for shelter as missiles and drones threaten her community,” said Pastor Jentezen Franklin, senior pastor of Free Chapel and founder of Jentezen Franklin Media Ministries. “Imagine children waking up again and again in the middle of the night to sirens and explosions outside their homes. These are frightened children, elderly parents, Holocaust survivors reliving trauma, and families simply trying to survive another day under attack. Christians cannot ignore this level of violence that Iran continues to unleash. When sirens ring and missiles strike, we must step in to help.

The humanitarian response from Jentezen Franklin Media Ministries focused on delivering urgently needed food and basic supplies to some of the most vulnerable residents in the region, including children, elderly citizens, Holocaust survivors, and families struggling to endure the ongoing violence.

“Our teams went into communities under fire across the Galilee to deliver emergency food and essential supplies,” Franklin said. “We want these precious people to know they are not alone. Our mission is to bring relief, dignity, and hope to those living under unimaginable pressure.”

Eli Cohen, the Israeli Minister of Energy and Infrastructure, thanked Jentezen Franklin Media Ministries for assistance during the war, highlighting the meaningful impact this support has had on children, families, and elderly Holocaust survivors living under daily bombardment. Mayors from across the Galilee and the Golan Heights have played an important role in coordinating the distribution of the support boxes to communities under constant threat. Many of these mayors also expressed their heartfelt gratitude to Jentezen Franklin Media Ministries for standing with their residents.

Support from Jentezen Franklin’s ministry partners and donors made the emergency response possible, enabling the delivery of thousands of food packages and essential good
