Jerusalem, Israel — On September 15, The Jerusalem Post and the Jewish National Fund of the USA named JDA Worldwide’s President Johnnie Moore to their first-ever list of the Top 25 Young ViZionaries. The list presented several examples of Moore’s advocacy for Israel, peace-making efforts in the Middle East, and his work defending religious minorities worldwide.
The Jerusalem Post notes Moore’s substantial contribution to the historic 2020 peace agreement between the UAE and Israel, and his pivotal role in drafting the Bahrain Declaration on Religious Freedom and Peaceful Coexistence in the Middle East. He is also, to date, the youngest awardee of the Simon Wiesenthal Center’s prestigious Medal of Valor.
In response, Moore tweeted his thanks to the Jerusalem Post and the Jewish National Fund, saying “[I am] humbled and honored. Motivated by our shared values, you inspire me to do everything I can to help hand a better world to our future generations.”
At the same time, the Jerusalem Post released their annual list of the ‘50 Most Influential Jews,’ featuring Open AI’s Sam Altman, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, Israeli President Isaac Herzog and U.S. Secretary of State Anthony Blinken. Other notable leaders on the Top 25 Young ViZionaries list include U.S. Congressman Ritchie Torres, Rabbi Erez Sherman, and Olympic medalist Sagi Muki.
